A ground floor garden apartment in the luxury resort of Aloha Gardens which is only minutes from the centre of Puerto Banus. The Aloha Gardens complex is in a quiet situation and apart from being near to Puerto banus, it is also not far from Marbella. The resort has plenty of facilities and there are many wonderful amenities close by including shops, cafes, bars, restaurants within a five minute walk of the apartments. Things to do include nearby water sports, tennis and horse-riding, plus you are surrounded by many fine golf courses for players of all standards. Aloha Gardens is a secure gated community built in a traditional and elegant Spanish style. Aloha Gardens boasts beautiful gardens with large terraces that offer breathtaking views of the dramatic surrounding scenery. Fountains, patios and a waterfall complete that truly Andalucian atmosphere. This stylish and comfortable two bedroom garden apartment on the ground floor sleeps up to four and has marble floors and air-conditioning. The apartment is close to both the main pool and the children's pool and a few yards from the underground car park. It has a spacious living room which opens on to a large terrace and there is also the advantage of a large, sunny, private garden. The living/dining room is very comfortably furnished and there are two bedrooms (two twins beds pushed together or 1 double, 1 twin and a sofa bed) two bathrooms (bath with shower over), kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee filter machine, fridge/freezer dishwasher, washing-machine, iron and ironing board. Air-conditioning and heating and secure underground parking. Finally there is a satellite TV CD/cassette player and hairdryer. Please note that the apartment and complex are not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
