This beautiful villa in the quiet residential community of Bridgewater Crossing, a subdivision of Orlando has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and heated south facing pool, has been built to the highest specification and is situated overlooking a string of lakes, . This is an ideal place from which to explore Florida, visit the many attractions or just relax in the peace and tranquillity of the community.The lounge is comfortably furnished with three sofas an armchair and tables and lamps. There is also a television and DVD player. The kitchen comprises Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker and Iced Water, Microwave Oven, Waste Disposal Unit, and Telephone. The utility Room, houses a Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, and an Iron and Ironing Board, for your convenience. The Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom is stylishly furnished and has cable television, telephone, king size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table and walk in closet. Patio doors lead out to pool deck. The luxurious bathroom has shower room; bath, toilet and twin sink vanity unit, and hairdryer. The second master bedroom has king size bed with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and walk in closet and also has an ensuite bathroom, with shower. A hairdryer is also provided. The third bedroom has queen size bed, with bedside cabinet and ample hanging and drawer space. The fourth bedroom has twin beds with bedside cabinets and walk in closet with plenty of hanging space. The fifth bedroom has twin beds and beside cabinet, with dressing table and built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom that has access to the pool deck. A hairdryer is provided. The beautiful south facing pool has exceptional views across the lake and is a most enjoyable place to relax. Heating of the pool is optional; there are only a few months of the year when the pool will require heating. Please enquire for cost. The pool and sun deck have night time lighting for those warm balmy nights spent outside.
