Owner's Description
This Bridgewater Crossing villa is a luxurious four bedroom two bathroom villa with private screened 30 ft X 15 ft pool and built in spa. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and has open views to the rear over water and natural wet lands and is located in a conservation area at Bridgewater Crossing, voted community of the year, 15 minutes from Disney. The villa can sleep up to 8 plus an infant. The lounge iselegantly furnished with cream leather sofas and armchair. The entertainment centre contains a 28-inch TV connected to cable TV and a video recorder. The lounge area incorporates vaulted ceilings that create space and light. Within the kitchen area there are dining facilities with table and chairs to seat 8. Patio doors lead to the pool. The pool deck is south facing and has open views over water. There is extensive decking wihch contains the pool with fabulous built in spa which has a water fall feature into the main pool; this all being totally enclosed by a fine mesh screen. Fully upholstered reclining sun loungers, 8 patio chairs and two tables are provided for your comfort and relaxation. There is a covered area which provides shade. For your added enjoyment there is a built in barbeque The master bedroom contains a queen size four-poster bed with matching dressing table, chest and bedside cabinets. There is a walk in closet, which provides ample storage. Also provided is a remote controlled TV, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and telephone. Patio doors lead to the pool. The master bathroom has twin vanity units, bath, walk-in shower and WC. Accessories include hair dryer and towels. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both feature twin beds with bed side cabinets, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. The exterior of the home is landscaped with palm trees to the front and rear.
