Caribia comprises just four apartments and are a short walk from the lovely harbour of Agios Stephanos in the North East of Corfu. Agios Stephanos has a lovely beach, local traditional tavernas and a variety of shops. There is a tiny pebble beach within 300 metres and the blue flag beach of Kerasia, with its renowned fish taverna is a short drive or a 20 minute walk. The property stands in an elevated position with superb sea views across the sparkling blue sea as far as the mainland.

The house is surrounded by olive groves and stands of pine trees and extensive gardens. Lawns lead down from the apartments to the swimming pool which is complemented with sunloungers and umbrellas. There is a stone built barbecue and dining area for the use of all guests.

These two bedroom apartments are perfect for friends or a smaller family. They are similar in style, bright and spacious with the benefit of air conditioning. The roomy living area is furnished with comfy sofas and easy chairs; there is also a dining suite for four. One set of french windows lead out onto the large front balcony which is furnished with a table and chairs while another opens out onto a private side terrace complete with a full sized barbecue; both with excellent sea views. There is a well equipped kitchen that is suitable for preparing cooked meals and has a full oven and a fridge/freezer.

The sleeping arrangements are laid out as one double and one twin bedroom, both with good sized wardrobes and dressing tables - the twin bedroom has french windows that open out onto the terrace with fantastic sea views. The apartment has a modern bathroom with shower.

There is a communal washing machine available to all Caribia clients.
