Owner's Description
A sun filled and spacious Provencal style house with a fantastic view to the mountains and French Alps. Built with 2 guesthouses, a boule-court and offering a large and private garden. A short walk into the town old Valbonne with its shops and restaurants. Casa Serana is a 40-year-old villa built in the Mediterranean style with French doors leading onto terraces, which surround the house. The garden is set with many olive, palm, and lavender trees. Full sun all the day long. The pool is 9x5 metres and surrounded by a super terrace area and pool house with its own seating and dining facilities. The house is light and spacious mixed with traditional and antique French furniture. There is an open style fully equipped kitchen area. The interior dining area leads directly onto the exterior dining area and sun terrace.There are 5 bedrooms in total, 3 in the main house and 1 in each guesthouse. The master has a double and the same in one guestroom the others all have have single but can be put together to make doubles if required.4 of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have their own en-suite.Other features include internet access, Garage, CD, DVD, 2 fridges, freezer & washing machine.
