Owner's Description
A semi detached house with lovely views directly over the pool and the sea in the El Beril complex on the seafront at Costa Adeje in Tenerife. The property is well equipped and spacious. The complex is quiet and very suitable for families with restaurants, shops and good quality hotels locally, plus a sandy man-made beach. Golfers will be delighted with the Costa Adeje course overlooking the sea nearby where the 2003 Spanish Open was held. The house is ideal for golfers being close to the Golf Costa Adeje course where the 2003 Spanish open was held. This course has stunning sea views & a well equipped new clubhouse including driving range. The sea front promenade goes on for miles for those who enjoy a walk and there are plenty of activities nearby including wind-surfing, walking, water skiing, swimming, tennis, cycling, and fishing. Playa de las Americas provides services and entertainment but the property is far enough out to be peaceful. Changeover day is Friday. Airport journey 1/2 hour. The house sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms and there are two bathrooms and a shower room. Outisde there is a terrace with sunloungeers, balcony, and a barbecue.
