Our exclusive style villa is situated a minute from the clubhouse on the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Championship Golf and Country Club, in Davenport, Orlando, Florida. The furnishings along with the swimming pool/Jacuzzi area have had extremely luxurious upgrades to give added comfort and relaxation to our guests, and the villa is in an idyllic setting with has a conservation backdrop to the rear, overlooking lawns and pine trees.

The lounge/diner has a large reinforced smoked glass dining table on a marble effect base with six Ashley trellis-dining chairs, feature fireplace and fitted carpet, a large settee, armchair, glass topped occasional tables, table lamps, wall mirror, wall pictures, and fitted carpet. There is also a Black Gates hearth wood log holder and logs. the Family Room has a large American style sectional corner settee and a 31 inch screen television with over 200 television channels (e.g. Fox Sports for UK football games and BBC America, for UK programmes including all the soaps), pay per view channels, and 40 music channels, plus a DVD player, DVDR, Compact Disc player and MP3 player.

Patio doors lead to the to covered lanai (patio area), pool deck, and swimming pool/Jacuzzi area. The pool deck overlooks the conservation area and has been extended by 10 feet, plus it features a full width child safety barrier/screen.

There are three bedrooms, including a master with an American King size bed, two bathrooms, kitchen/diner, pantry. We have televisions in all rooms, a double garage and our guests benefit from unlimited local and international telephone calls and a high speed internet connection. The pool area has a luxury private screened heated pool and jacuzzi, both of which have underwater safety lighting. The garage takes two cars and has remote control access. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, snd is equipped with luxury linen and towels. We offer a free welcome pack and have a 24 hour management service.
