A one and only exclusive villa positioned at the top of the "Grand Duc" hill at Mandelieu/Tanneron. Views are breathtaking - of all the coastline down to Antibes and east to Grasse, truly a 360° vista over the whole of the Coté d Azur! 5km from the centre of Mandelieu, the property is set in its own woodland grounds exceeding 25 acres. The four bedrooms in the main villa have built-in wardrobes and are all en-suite; King-size with full bathroom and shower/WC, 2 twins with shower basin/WC. Double with a bath and shower/WC. There is a spacious lounge/dining area with polished terracotta flooring, a comfortable television area is adjacent. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances.The balcony which is superb as an observation post is also used for dining alfresco, seating twelve around the cedar table. The balcony itself measures 22m x 4m. If you choose, sit in the gardens under under the gazebo and feed the goldfish. Next to the pool is the Pool House, recently constructed and sleeping four (a twin and a double). With its own separate cooking facilities, shower room/WC and attractive exterior dining area on the terrace. A guardian is available if needed.
