Owner's Description
Located in Juan-les-Pins, the position of this property is ideal - central to all amenities, yet in a quiet residential area. The three-level Villa has a marble-floored entrance hall and double living rooms. The sitting room is decorated with 'rotin' furniture and the dining area has a large wrought iron glass-topped dining table.The bedrooms and hallways of the first and second floors are carpeted and the villa is decorated predominately in white and blue with original paintings. An entry hall leads into the dining area, generously proportioned living room and kitchen. Access to the garden, tennis court and pool area is via large patio windows. A laundry room is located next to the kitchen.The ground floor has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and access to a large terrace. The first floor has three bedrooms a queen-size and two twins. One bedroom has a small balcony. There is a separate toilet on each floor with bathrooms on the ground and first floors. On the top floor is a large solarium with a view of the whole garden and the Mediterranean Sea. The large garden has tennis courts, a large swimming pool and many places to lounge in the sun. There is private parking. Please note that during the main season (June to the end of September) two-week bookings are the norm. If you wish only a single-week rental there will be an £80 supplement.
