Owner's Description
Set in 100 acres of protected parkland, overlooking a wooded valley between Cannes and Grasse. A tranquil haven, yet the bustling Riviera coast and the centre of Cannes are only 10 minutes away and Nice airport is just a 20 minute drive. The wonderful restaurants of Mougins and Valbonne are close by, as are tennis courts and golf courses. Entry is via electric gates and accommodation is on three floors, six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious open kitchen, dining room (seats ten), and comfortable sitting room with fireplace, large family playroom, and cloakroom with guest toilet. Wisteria shaded patio with large outdoor dining table and barbecue. A second snug is on the lower level with flat screen satellite TV. A further sitting area is on the higher level with an electronic piano. Also within the grounds is a chalet style studio, with its own WC & shower. A laundry room with washing machines and lovely tear shaped swimming pool. A pool house drinks bar together with a boules court overlooks the pool from a raised terrace, a favourite evening party spot. There is a large well-stocked garden (fully fenced) which surrounds the villa. Pets are welcomed.
