Owner's Description
Sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms on 3 floors. Mas de Valbonne is a charming 300 year old large stone build Provencal "Mas", beautifully restored, it is located 5 mins walk from the beautiful traffic free Valbonne square, with its lovely bars and restaurants. There are 3 golf courses all within 15 min. The ground floor consists of a very tastefully decorated living room with an open fireplace, Sky TV with all the sports and movie channels and surround sound system, video and DVD player. An archway leads to a spacious dining room with partly exposed stonewalls and Bang+Olufsen sound system, and another cosy sitting area with leather sofa and chairs. The state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen has a breakfast bar and adjoins a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and an American fridge/freezer with icemaker. On the first floor is the large master suite with 6ft bed and 20mē bathroom, Sky TV and dressing area and two more good sized en-suite doubles. The third floor houses three more bedrooms, one en-suite, and two share a bathroom. Easy access from the kitchen leads to a BBQ area. From the courtyard, steps take you down to the pool.The 6000m2 gounds include boule court.
