Owner's Description
This is a large traditional style villa positioned on the chemin du Collines, overlooking the rooftops and bay of Cannes. The grounds, entered by electric gates, cover almost 1200 sq meters. The garden and villa are extremely well presented and the interior decoration and furnishings are first class. On the entrance level there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining area with seating for twelve, a double lounge, both parts leading out onto the balcony. A twin bedroom with its nicely tiled en-suite.Entrance to the washing area/utility section inside the integral double garage. The first floor has two super double bedrooms both with nice en-suite bathrooms. One has its own sun terrace that offers a splendid view down to the sea. Extra beds and cots can be offered. The lower level a bar area for entertaining and a large lounge area (tv and CD player) French doors to the pool area a 3rd double bedoom a bathroom/WC, a separate room with table tennis. Outside there is an independent apartment with large living area, kitchen, double bedroom and en-suite. The pool is 11x5 and fenced. The well kept gardens are completely fenced and private and feature palms and other exotic plants.
