Owner's Description
Our lovely privately owned villa is situated on a south-facing corner location in Royal Palms Orlando just fifteen minutes from Disney. We get sun all day long over the heated pool which overlooks orange groves and fir tree forest.
The spacious south facing deck has plenty of room for sunloungers and therer is a dining table and chairs for outside living. There is also a shaded porch and barbecue, and naturally the whole area is screened and fenced for privacy.
The villa sleeps 12, comfortably without he need for sofa beds!The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, remote controlled TV/VCR, walk-in closet/wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, shower and sink units with large mirrors with overhead lighting. Two further full sized double bedrooms are connected to an en-suite bathroom fitted with bath, overhead shower, vanity units, large mirror and casement lighting. A hairdryer is provided. Bedrooms five and fix have two twin single beds. One has a remote controlled TV/VCR. Plus a Play Station 2 is fitted in bedroom five. This can also be used as a 2nd DVD player. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort and all bathrooms have bath, shower, vanity unit, low line WC, mirrors and hairdryer with extra lighting above.
The spacious living area has two new large comfortable sofas, remote controlled large screen cable TV together with a DVD/ VCR player, and remote controlled CD/Radio/Cassette stereo.
The fully equipped kitchen has a 4 ring electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, blender and toaster. Fitted double sink with garbage disposal unit, and a breakfast/cocktail bar with 4 swivel chairs. The dining area has a formal dining table with seating for six. The kitchen leads off to an intergrated garage and games room with pool table and darts, and which also contains washing machine and dryer. All linen and towels for indoor use are supplied as well as cot, highchair and buggy.
