All the homes are located in quiet residential areas close to the network of inland canals, which interweave this area. Port Charlotte Homes are approximately 25 minutes from Englewood beach with Port Charlotte Yacht & Marina Club just 10 minutes away. The Marina has a beach, pier, swimming pool, children?s playground and snack bar. Other exclusive island retreats such as Cape Haze, Gasparilla Island are close by and the Myakka State Park, which offers a flavour of the Everglades, is a popular day out.ACCOMMODATION
