Set against a spectacular mountain backdrop this pretty Spanish pueblo style low rise residence is within a twenty minute walk of Puerto Banus along a flat tree lined avenue. The on site facilities include, all day restaurant with free Wi-Fi for patrons, extensive tropical gardens with peaceful courtyards, swimming pools and tennis courts (coaching available). Our spacious apartment is in a quiet location on this pretty complex, adjacent to the pool. It is thoughtfully furnished and equipped to provide a child friendly comfortable home from home. he good sized lounge dining room has comfortable seating for 6 persons. There is UK Satellite TV, video, DVD with library of films, VCR and stereo radio/CD. Patio doors open onto a large private south west facing terrace which is not overlooked.
It is suitable for all weather use with patio furniture for 6, sun beds and mini furniture for little ones. he master bedroom has a king sized bed and generous cupboard space. There is a full sized marble bathroom en-suite. The twin bedroom has good sized wardrobe and drawer space. There is a separate full sized marble bathroom. Included are bathroom towels, toiletries, linen, weekly cleaning.
