LOCATION: In peaceful countryside just a short drive from the traditional village of Argaka, this homely property enjoys an elevated position with panoramic views towards the sea and Polis. There is no shortage of shops, cafes, bars and tavernas in the quaint central square of Polis, an easy 5 kilometre drive along the coast road. The protected National Park of Akamas is nearby for birdwatchers and lovers of natural beauty.

The villa is well furnished with an open-plan living dining room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV, an open-plan kitchen with 4 halogen rings, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and access to garden and poolside terrace. There is one twin on the ground floor with door to terrace and separate whirlpool bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned with two double rooms upstairs, both have private balcony with sea view and an en-suite shower room or bathroom with whirlpool corner bath.
