Trevors holiday villa is ideally situated in the peaceful Rolling Hills area of Orlando. The villa is only 3 miles (5 minutes by car) from Disney, so you and your family will be sure to beat the queues in the mornings! The same applies to Universal Studios and Sea World which are also only a fifteen minute drive away. With an excellent location and superb facilities, Trevor's Florida Villa has everything you could wish for in a villa rental. The villa is beautifully decorated and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This bright and attractive private pool home will meet you and your family's every need. Sleeping accommodation in our Kissimmee holiday villa comprises 2 master bedrooms, each with dressers, night-stands and lamps, radio/alarms, walk-in closets, cable TV's and a private en-suite bathroom. There are a further 2 bedrooms, each with 2 'twin' beds, night-stands & lamps, closet space, and a nearby family bathroom. The spacious lounge includes cable television and a VCR. There is also a fully equipped kitchen which includes a breakfast bar and a separate dining area in the great room. Washer / dryer facilities and linens / towels are provided. A twin garage will satisfy most family's transport requirements should you decide to hire a car. The heated pool is a great place to relax and soak up the sun, or to splash around with the children and generally have fun, and features a large (fully screened) deck area which is not overlooked. You'll be impressed by the thought and careful design that we've put into our villa rental for guests - for example, the full air conditioning to keep you cool in the heat.
