Owner's Description
Villa Ann is a spacious country villa situated in the hilltop village of Nazaret, overlooking Costa Teguise in central Lanzarote. The accommodation is for 6 people in three bedrooms. There is one double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom, plus two further twin bedrooms with an adjacent shower room. We have a full sky package on a 28" tv, including BBC, ITV, movies, sport and Premiership plus ADSL (Broadband) Internet Connection. The villa is totally secluded with a solar heated swimming pool with sun loungers. There is a well stocked supermarket within walking distance of the villa and we also offer a complimentary welcome pack on arrival, including tea, coffee and champagne. Towels changed twice per week, bed linen once weekly. Hiring a car is essential and please note that smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
