Owner's Description
The great attraction of the villa is its flexible accommodation. It can be rented either as one large villa with own pool for parties of up to 12 or as two completely separate apartments with shared use of the large (10m x 5m) pool. The popular and picturesque fishing village of Alvor is only 200m away. Here you can find a good choice of bars & restaurants, a supermarket and now a small marina. Its approx 1km from the villa to the big Alvor beach. Each of the self contained apartments has a comfortable air conditioned living room and separate well equipped dining kitchen. Both these rooms have balconies overlooking the pool and with a partial sea view. On the second floor there is a large terrace with two big tables where you can enjoy eating al fresco while enjoying a fantastic sea view. There are three bedrooms in each apartment ; 2 with a double bed and one with two single beds. Also two bathrooms.
