Owner's Description
In a quiet position with distant mountain and sea views from the upstairs balcony. Several local bars, restaurants, bakery , small supermarket & hairdressers in a small commercial centre (1,000m.) L'Ametlla town (approx 3km) within easy reach by car, cycle or the regular local bus service that stops at the commercial centre. Choice of attractive sandy beaches within 3km. The villa benefits from 2m fencing all round the garden which is accessed from the road by gates and an intercom. There is off road parking for two vehicles. The attractive lawned garden has a poolside terrace and the swimming pool (approx 8m x 4m, depth 1.10-1.80m) is fitted with pool lights and roman steps. On the ground floor the living room is furnished in modern style with a living room including sofa, sat/tv(English radio & tv programmes). and dining area. The American style kitchen is very well equipped and lastly there is a twin bedroom and fitted cloakroom with WC and handbasin. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed and door opening onto a terrace with distant sea and mountain views, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom with bath (shower over), bidet, wc and hand basin.
