A beautiful modern airconditioned villa in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura. Just a 5min drive brings you to the lively Marina with its wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants. For keen golfers there?s also a golf course also only 5mins drive away. Convenient for the beach (2.5km) , local restaurant & supermarket within 500m. Standing in a mature lawned garden the villa is bright and airy and furnished in a tasteful, modern style. The spacious living room has comfortable sofas and chairs, sat tv and open fireplace. There is also an attractive dining area with table and chairs. Well fitted kitchen. Doors open off the living room onto a very attractive covered terrace where you will probably spend much of your time; perhaps eating al fresco or just simply just relaxing with a drink.
