Owner's Description
Although away from the day to day hubbub Casa Heron is just under a kilometre from the small town of El Perello while traditional L'Ametlla de Mar lies about 7km to the north and Port Aventura is only half an hour away. The villa has a large sun terrace looking towards the sea and steps lead to a roof terrace. Entering the house you cant help but notice the tasteful, modern style furnishings. The hall opens into a spacious living room with wall mounted air conditioning unit(charge), two sofas, Sat TV (incl. Eurosport. MTV, CNN & CNBC), plus a dining suite for four persons. A patio door leads onto the sun terrace. At the other end of the room is a modern kitchenette. there are two bedrooms, one a brightly furnished double and the second bedroom has two full size bunk beds and a fold down table. The fully tiled bathroom has a shower with curtain, wc and handbasin. Outside and in addition to the main sun terrace there is a further patio to the side with garden furniture and barbecue. As you look at the front of the villa there is an attractive swimming pool (8 x 4.5m, depth 1m - 1.80m) on the left, with a patio, sun loungers and poolside furniture. Super countryside and sea views.
