In much sought after Vilamoura and surrounded by pines Isabel is within easy reach of 4 local golf courses and only 2km from the centre (marina) and Falesia Beach. Architect-built with a Moroccan style the spacious villa has everything you are likely to want. Standing in idyllic lawned gardens of 2,500m2 there is both a large (10m x 5m) pool and smaller adjacent child pool, sunbeds, patio furniture and barbecue.On the ground floor are two large lounge areas; one with sat/TV and open fireplace. Also a dining area comfortably seating 10 and modern fully fitted kitchen. Bedroom 1 - with double bed and ensuite bathroom and views of the gardens. Guest cloakroom. Stairs lead to the first floor and the main bedroom area. (All bedrooms are air-conditioned. on this floor.) Bedroom 2 with double bed & en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 with double & en suite shower room. Bedroom 4 with two single beds. Bedroom 5 with double bed. (Bedrooms 4 & 5 share a bathroom with an oval shaped bath). For peace of mind all bedrooms fitted with smoke detectors and there is a fire extinguisher. Airconditioning is included and heated pool and sauna are both available as an extra option from October.
