Owner's Description
Villa Cielo is situated in La Escuera which is a quiet residential area within an easy drive of Alicante airport. The location is very central for all activities, sight seeing and amenities and the villa lies within easy reach of 8 golf courses and just 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach. A short walk away is the La marina complex with plenty of shops bars and restaurants. The entrance to Villa Cielo is through its own gates, with secure parking for 3 or more vehicles. The villa is set in spacious private grounds of 1300 square metres, walled for total privacy. The elevated first floor accommodation comprises a large family terrace overlooking the pool. A large, spacious lounge has modern, comfortable settees, a large bed settee, and an open fireplace. The dining room is tastefully furnished and adjacent to a fully fitted kitchen. The large master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, furnished with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a dressing table. The second double room is accessed by a private staircase onto the second floor and this has a full size ensuite bathroom. There is a further twin and bunkroom which share a full bathroom and a cot and buggy are also provided.
