Owner's Description
Club Oceano is situated in the quiet Timanfaya residential area of Puerto del Carmen. The location is ideal within easy walking distance of the colourful promenade with its excellent shops, bars, restaurants and golden clean sandy beaches. The old town is also only a short walk and is a good way of sampling some of the local atmosphere with its many fish resturants. Club Oceano is made up of 40 spacious apartments built in an L-shape around a heated swimming pool and 200 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. They are either ground or first floor level and most have a sea view or a view of the pool. The facilities on the complex include a large sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, an infinity mosaic swimming pool incorporating a childrens' pool which is heated during the winter months, a mosaic Jacuzzi and an outside covered pool table. The gardens are well tended and the unusual tropical plants are an interesting feature of the complex. There is also a cosy private bar with great food, flat screen satellite TVs , full reception services including e-mail and internet access, car hire and excursions.
