A very nice group of villas in an enviable position - adjacent to the golf course and only about 900m from the beach. The semi -detached houses are grouped in landscaped gardens with mature trees and an inviting residents swimming pool. Clients drive to their villa then park in reserved areas in the grounds near the estate entrance. This helps to keep the area as quiet and traffic free as possible. Nearest supermarket approx. 600m and small commercial centre about 900m. Ground floor: Comfortably furnished for holiday living with living room having easy chair and convertible sofa (single bed) and open fireplace. American style fitted kitchen area with fridge/freezer, 4 cooking rings, oven, washing machine. Twin bedroom (sometimes double instead). Shower and wc. Upper floor: One double bedroom & one twin bedroom. Bathroom with wc. Roof terrace. Outdoors: Small partly enclosed lawned garden area with built-in barbecue. in most cases the villa garden opens onto the communal gardens and pool area. These houses are conveniently located with pleasant communal gardens.
