Owner's Description
A group of four semi detached houses each with private garden and own pool and with direct access to Golfet beach only fifty metres away. Accommodation is on three floors. The ground floor is is a split level living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and outdoor laundry room. There are also two terraces, outdoor shower and barbecue. On the first floor there is one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, two double bedded rooms and a further bathroom. On top floor is a studio with with a double sofa bed suitable for two people and a terrace with sea views. There is also a communal garage with parking spaces for 2 cars for each house.
