Owner's Description
This is a superb villa for up to 4 persons that nestles in the countryside in the shadow of the famous El Montgo peninsula with fantastic panoramic views. It is situated approximately 5 Km from the resort?s facilities and the sandy beaches of Javea.
Dining area with TV, ample sized kitchen, two twin bedded rooms, a shower room. The ground floor accommodation with its traditional rustic flavour offers a lounge / covered patio area with barbeque and private parking.
The villa owners retain the upper floor for their own use but is not used at all during the rental period . Clients are therefore assured of complete privacy to enjoy the villa?s facilities including the 4 x 9 metre pool and its surrounding terrace / garden area.
