Owner's Description
A comfortable villa built in traditional Catalan style complete with tower. Situated on Torre Gran approximatelythree kilometres from Estartit town and beach. Accommodation comprises three bedrooms, and on the ground floor there is a dining room with table, chairs and small bar, a kitchen with 4 rings, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with wc . Shower room with wc. The round lounge is in the tower with settee, easy chairs, SAT - TV and wood burning stove. Stairs from lounge to go to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with double bed and 4 little windows (in tower). Stairs lead to small private roof terrace.
Outdoors there is a lawned and paved garden to front and side. Swimming pool 8m x 4m. Patio furniture and barbecue. Ample private parking. Panoramic views from the tower-bedroom and the roof terrace is a real suntrap.
