Owner's Description
Villa Dos Arcos is a detached villa built in 1985 to traditional design and using traditional materials, situated in the pretty village of Figueira, West Algarve, Portugal. A 25ft sitting room is on the first floor level with a welcoming open fireplace and wood burning stove, satellite television with DVD player. An adjacent dining area has extensive views over the village and the surrounding open countryside plus french doors to spacious terrace. The house has a well-equipped and sunny kitchen with breakfast bar, and there are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and french windows leading into the garden. There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room and two marble tiled bathrooms. Outside a wide south facing sun terrace with stunning views and steps lead into the delightful gardens with barbeque, wall lighting, gazebo, pergola and orange, lemon and peach trees, fruiting vines. The private swimming pool is in a walled garden with floral sun terraces. Cots and babysitting are are available and daily maid service and linen are included (not beach towels). The villa can also be rented for larger parties with our pretty cottage La Casita which is in the garden.
