Rolling Hills is a mixed holiday villa and residential community which is close to Orlando and Formosa Gardens on Highway 192, so very convenient for both Disney and all the other attarctions Orlando has to offer. Universal Studios and Sea World are also only fifteen minutes drive away. Rolling Hills is a great family villa resort and there is little traffic and the community is very peaceful. Shops and restaurants are close by at Formosa Gardens and there are plenty of golf courses within the vicinity, including the championship course at Disney.
